Library data: Any recipes, DIY projects, Recipe Box and Project Box content, Inspiration Board items, meal plans, Smart Grocery Lists, Smart Materials Lists, notes, uploaded files, scanned images, AI-generated cover images, and other content you choose to save are securely stored so you can access them across your devices.
Payment information: We do not collect or store your payment details. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status from Stripe.
Usage data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage information to help us understand how the app is used and to improve performance and features. This data does not identify you personally.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve Cooking Timers.
Sync your saved content across your devices.
Process and manage your subscription.
Respond to your support requests.
Send you important updates about your account or subscription.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

The app may use browser local storage to remember your preferences (such as theme settings) and to keep you signed in. These are stored on your device and are not transmitted to our servers unless needed to sync your saved content across your devices.

Stripe: For secure payment processing. Stripe handles your payment details in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Authentication provider: For account creation and sign-in. This provider manages your password and authentication tokens securely.
AI services: We use trusted AI services to provide optional AI features, including recipe and DIY project imports and AI-generated cover images.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information and your saved content within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain it by law.
